Returns & Refunds

You may withdraw from a physical order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email info@ateliertar.com, then return the poster undamaged in its original packaging. We refund the full purchase price including standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return; return shipping is at your cost.

If a poster arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you — no return needed.

Digital downloads are delivered immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun. This is why completed digital purchases are not refundable by default.

If your download link has expired, a file fails to download, or the file is defective, contact us at info@ateliertar.com — we will send a fresh link or, if we cannot supply a working file, refund you. Your statutory rights regarding defective digital content are not affected.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout, through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of being issued.
